About OnSite
OnSite helps construction and trade businesses manage time and attendance, live workforce visibility, projects, communications, holidays, tasks and receipts.
Getting started
OnSite is invite-based.
- Employees and subcontractors: ask your employer for an invitation, then join your company from the app.
- Company owners: create a company account in the app to set up your business and invite your team.
Sign-in help
- Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen if you cannot remember your password.
- Ensure you are signing in with the email address your employer invited.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your OnSite sign-in account from the app:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
You will need to type “Delete my account” and enter your password. See our Privacy Policy for what is deleted and what may be retained by your employer.
If you are the only Owner of a company, you must transfer ownership before deleting your account.
Employment and company data
Timesheets, holidays, approvals, tasks, communications and other company records are controlled by your employer. For questions about employment records, contact your company administrator in the first instance.
